13 march 2012. - praise the Lord! we have been praying for a house for the last 3 months that would comfortably accomodate the entire team of interns for 2012 and the Lord has provided. we have been busy these last couple of few days moving in. its situation is so amazingly awesome that in our complex, majority of the students are from Edgewood campus (one of the focal campus for 2012). we find team unity highly important especially for ministry, accountability and spiritual growth as we will be fellowshipping together, praying and having bible studies together. please pray for electricity as we still waiting on the municipality to give us power (figuratively speaking).
- my team and I are still working on our support raising for our internship - our aim is to be finished by the end of the March so we can start on with ministry work. we trusting the Lord to rise up individuals who would partner with us in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- its daunting thinking I will be working with high school students but I am so 'umped for the challenge so Lord prepare me for the new obstacles that are to come, the field thats to be sowed and harvested 'new grounds'.
- students have been for the past month rounding up different student organizations and christian groups on campus, Westville and Howard, for a Combined Christian Camp. We trusting for the Holy Spirit's prescence in teaching us numerous things especially unity in kingdom building.
- have been considering Col 1:9-11 as a personal prayer item and would appreciate it if you would also be praying for me in this way:
"For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light." |
