PRAYER REQUEST

4 Dec

  • Praise the Lord for the work He did on the Botswana Mission Trip and trust He will continue working in the lives of the students we shared the Gospel with
  • Pray for my internship next year with Campus Crusade for Christ and Ukukhanya Life Care Centre - that the will of God would be done and I would  grow during the course, learning more and more and more on ministry work
  • Pray for my team as we are trusting the Lord with our support
  • My team and I have our eye on a house available for rent which is able to house us all, so please pray for that

31 Dec

  • My team and I are still raising support but we know the Lord is faithful with what He has called us into and we trusting for His provision and His way - holding on to the truth of His character
  • Yesterday we went to see that house that we soon be living in just after all the formalities have been cleared off. The house is really great in that we can accommodate  all the interns and furthermore we hoping of turning it into a CRU House, open to all the whole family - a multipurpose home. The bank still has the keys to the house and we want things to be cleared up quickly
  • As we get into the New Year, that when campus re-opens, students are refreshed, pumped up and all ready to shift into new gear!
10 February

  • Praise the Lord for the way in which our students have took up the leadership roles on their campus. With us interns being away on training in Pretoria for 2 weeks, they were able to organize outreaches on campus with some of the students especially the first years coming to know Christ!
  • There has been progession in the bank finalizing the CRU House but we still haven't received the final conformation. We trusting the Lord for the house more especially the next 2 week for us to have moved in.
  • Praise the Lord for the great time of fellowship and learning during the 2 week staff training in Pretoria, Campus Crusade for Christ Head Offices. There was immense amount of wisdom that was gained and got to know some of the intern teams which will be working on their campus' across the country.
26 April

We missed an entire month of prayer - sorry for that. I have been sending most of my prayer request through MailChimp
  • Praise the Lord for all the resources that have been coming in from so many supporters. Some of our friends and partners have supported the furnishing of our house and all essentials have been provided for.
  • This month has been quite fruitful in raising support, the Lord has been faithful in connecting me with people who are able to contribute towards my ministry but as well would refer me to some of their friends.
  • Pray for all the 2012 Interns throughout South Africa which are currently raising their support towards their goal, so they could 100% and get on campus. That the Lord can guide and direct their hearts as MPD surely isn't easy and over time all the NO's take their toll as the rubber meets the road - but earnestly as they seek you more and more, you reveal yourself.
1 May

  • Mike Anderson, a scholar in Evolutionary Biology is visiting our 3 campuses this coming week. We praying that this may give allowance to lead to massive outreach the coming term.
  • Please also pray for our students as they nearing their examinations for the semester. Most of them have been really under pressure joggling their leadership requirements as well as their studies.
  • I am still raising my support so you could pray that I am more aware of the Lord's leading in that department and I am motivated to trusting God for my target goal.

11 June
  • We recently have been doing a study on prayer and revival set by by prayer and there has been so much that the Lord has been convicting me off primarily that I had not been spending enough time with Him allowing Him to cleanse my heart and reveal to me His character, not in search for His gifts or blessings but in search of His face. What an extraordinary experience. Please pray for me to STOP WORKING and find more time to spend with the Lord. I have always been bad at this and I work myself as a slave.
  • I am currently on 75% of my support goal, hence I am still raising my support to be on my full goal. Please pray for it to be reached by the end of this month.
