For the past few days, its been an absolute honour serving the Lord along with Adrian van Vactor on the days I had been around to help him with his shows. He is a phenomenal person, so much wisdom and knowledge on scripture, his such an educated young gentleman, spending time with him on the road, I have really seen his passion for the Lord's work, he catches his role in fulfilling the Great Commission, his love for discipleship, basing everything he does on scripture. The Word completes him, it grounds him, and with no mental reservation what so ever, his awareness of the Spirit of God in every show he does, whether it being to 35 university students or up to 400 high school students - he finds central the Holy Spirit and its role in guiding him in his gospel presentation. In one week, over 4 university presentations/shows, 4 different high school, Westville Prison, 3 different family/home bible studies, 1 high school show, 2 church presentation. With a milkshake each single day and a snack bar to complete his breakfast, by 12pm his done with 2 shows. On Wednesday I found myself sitting in the car listen to his conversation with Gary, team leader aka boss - I was so challenged in some of the things they had been discussing. Ever been in a theological conversation that all you could do is gather up all you can like a wet sponge as you are unable to contribute. Much like Gary, the Lord has blessed them both with so much wisdom.Thats how I felt hahaha. Felt like Pretoria training all again. That actually encouraged me to look intently at the perfect and God-breathed Word. I actually learnt alot just being around him and Gary, still putting my puzzles pieces together
His left for Cape Town for a week then off to the small city of Bloemfontein for another week before rounding off his national outreach in Pretoria then its back to the dry Arizonia, USA.
